I had the problem before and posted about it, but still no solution for it
After almost a year i picked up this project to make my data available on the net, but first wanna try Meteohub if i like it.

The problem is that i can not connect my station in Meteohub, i have a WMR-200.
Here is my cfg for the weaterstation,

fault - Warning: Weather station does not have a sensor assigned on "Sensors" page

WMR is not connected to your Meteohub. What kind of Meteohub HW are you using?
When using VMware, please make sure that USB port with WMR200 connected
is handed over correctly to the VM.

I am using a HP TouchSmart 600-1220 pc with Windows 7 64bit with Vmware workstation latest version.
In the Vmware settings there is the USB option on.
I shall reinstall vmware and use a fresh copy of Meteohub this evening.

Tried a new install but still not working.
Now getting the parts (CF and converter 40 -> 44) together to make a Thinclient useable (T5720).
Where can i find the right documentation to do this?

Can i make a bootable usb disk with the image beneath to flash my CF card that i have build in the Thinclient?
How must i format the CF card?

"Official" x86 System (ebox, ALIX, fit-PC Slim)
Meteohub supported x86 mini systems (ebox, ALIX, fit-PC Slim) get their Meteohub installation by booting from a prepared USB stick.
compressed USB stick image for Meteohub installation (Version 4.6i) (md5sum: d3ba5cebd19d650ca2fc07975a68e6c9)

thanks alot

It is a configuration problem with your vmware. The USB weather station is not connected to your vm (otherwise it would appear on the "weather station" page of Meteohub. Please check in VMware forum how to connect to USB devices from a VM. This is clearly not a Meteohub issue.

Making hardware not listed in HW section of meteohub.de driving Meteohub will neeed severe Linux knowledge. I don't recommend that. Why don't you go with recommended HW?

I figured it out, Vmware workstation didn't auto connect the USB devices, you had to do it yourself.

In the Weatherstation section i can select USB HID but can't change or select anything by Device

In the Sensor section i only see 2 sensors, no insidetemp and winddata

Sorry for all the questions!
