error connect socket on port 5555

I have successfully "imaged" my Verbatim USB and updated through the WebFE to 4.7n.

My weather station (a WX-1008) is correctly recognized but when it comes to add sensors I get to following error:

error connect socket 127.0.0.1:5555 :Connection refused
Warnung: Datenerfassungsprozess ist gestoppt.

I used the search function of this board but with no success. No error messages in the system.log

Any ideas ?

Did you try to start the Datenerfassungsprozess on the Wartung-Tab? Any hints in the logfile?

No success when I do this. On system info Datenerfassung ist still halted.

Strange beside this: I have 4.7n running, when pressing check for update the system tries to download 4.7l and offers an install button !

Solved it:

New USB stick, New luck !

It seems that the executable which represents the datalogger has a faulty bit on the stick :-)

Imaged a new USB stick and now it works as a charme (hopefully !)
