Dreamplug install question

I have a new Dreamplug. I have successfully modified the Dreamplug to boot from the SD card as per the documentation. I purchased Transcend 4GB SD cards, which are brand new and showing a free capacity of 3.73 GB. I have unpacked the mhdreamplug-v4.7g.rar to mhdreamplug-v4.7g.img, which windows 7 says is 3.870 GB. Using DiskImage, selecting the physical drive (SD card, 3.75 GB), and starting the process it immediately fails with "Error #5 occured while writing to disk at sector 8192". I have reformatted this SD card, and each time it provides the same result. I switched to a different SD card, same result.
Can someone advise me on how I can put this image on the SD card successfully?? thanks
