WsWin Export & new sensors

Hi there,

I'm still starting w/ MeteoHub (in the trial phase). Up to now almost everything worked as expected but now I face an issue: I connected a new Temp/Hygro sensor to my Cresta and I push the weather data to WsWin.

It seems Meteohub is not able to create an import.csv which covers this properly. Take a look to this extract:

Code: Select all

The 3rd hygro sensor moves the columns to the right and this should not happen. Maybe it's related to the fact that I enabled the new hygro a few hours after the corresponding temp sensor?

Any ideas how to fix this?

Okay, I corrected the initial import.csv (after Sync Reset) with Excel by entering a new (empty) column for the hygro and this works fine. But as soon as the normal import.csv is created everything gets messed up again. because the CSV delivers 14 values per line (plus date/time) and announces only 13 columns in the headline.

Sensor position 19 (new hygro) is not in the headline. Is this a bug?

Please press sync button. wait until "import.csv" has been created and then delete "import.csv". After a few minutes a new "import.csv" with actual data feed will be created, which looks fine now. This has only to be done, when sensor definitions on wswin export page of meteohub has changed.

monthly exports are working ok, even when changes of sensors have appeared.

Doesn't work. I deleted all data in WsWin before I started. As a test I tried to import EXP01_00.csv and it shows the same behavior. It misses a named column which leads to a shift in data. So I don't have an idea how to get valid base data now.

Pls. take a look to the attached file.

I tried it and was not successful. Anyway, I found a fix. I had some kind of Windchill temperature assigned in the WsWin settings of Meteohub and it seems this causes some problems. After removing this assignment it worked fine and I could even add another sensor w/o any problems.

Thanks for the support, though!
