Perhaps someone can please tell me on top of the other issue I have, the reason for the following error:-

error connect socket 127.0.0.1:5555 :Connection refused
Warning: Data logging has been halted.

Hi,

Would this be the same issue as my post her:

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8769

I get this every time I hit SAVE & RESTART DATA LOGGING on the sensor page!

Regards
Mark

an update to 4.9c might also fix this.

Hello all

I have to say that over the last 2 or 3 days, all manner of things seem to have gone haywire. I updated to 4.9c today, and after doing a sensor refresh, the error disappears but the sensors then report that they've not received data, so I then have to go to the maintenance tab and start the data logging. I never had to do this before, it always started automatically I believe. I'm still having some issues with the data on my WD Live setup, but I will wait until the recompute of data has finished to see what finally pans out! Thank you anyway for all inputs. I have yet to understand why the computed daily rainfall differs so dramatically from the actual..i.e. the rainfall was 7.5mm in the last 24hrs but my WD console reported 98mm. The Davis VP 2 console showed the 7.5mm. This is the 3rd time this month that this has happened.

Sounds strange. When trouble goes on you might consider to open ports 22 and 7777 to give me access to see what the root cause is. Please send credentials to "info(at)meteohub.de".

Hi all

I think the error was caused due to the fact for some reason th0 would not be accepted as a sensor but th1 would. I've only resolved it today with the latest software update and rebooting the meteohub twice in succession. Than you for your inputs all
