Can`t find USB Serial Interface

Hello
i have instal Meteohub 4.9d. Since this Update i can`t find ISS Direct Interface / Serial Interface.
Any idea? Thanks for helping!

Can you please browse to "
http://ip-of-your-meteohub/cgi-bin/help.cgi".
This should allow me to login to your meteohub and check for the reason.

yes, thanks. I could login.
Reason is that the iss direct does not seem to be plugged in on the USB side.
Only regstered USB device is the OAK sensor:
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 1b67:0002
Please check that the iss driect connector is connected to USB and if even a reboot does not heal that, your iss direct adapter might be faulty.

Ok thanks, i allready try second USB Port, same problem. I restart Box 3 time, same problem.
Then i disconect USB ISS Interface shutdown Box wait 2 Min. reconnect and start Box, allways same problem.
Do you think its a problem then with ISS-Direct-Interface ?

yes, looks like a problem with the iss direct.
