First, sorry for my english, it's very rusty .

One year ago i installed meteohub on a ebox4300 with CF-Card. Now the ebox4300 is dead (heat-shock, i think).

In my homeoffice i have an esxi server, on this i installed the meteohub-software - no problem.

Now my question: is it possibly, to transfer the configuration and historical data from the cf-card to the meteohub on the esxi-server?

In the FAQ of this forum there are some hints how to migrate to a new platform.

Thanks for the information, but i cannot start the ebox4300 for saving the configuration or data.

Is there another way to put the config. to the new platform?

Kann hier keiner helfen?

du brauchst nur die beiden Verzeichnisse
/data/graphs
/data/weather

von der alten CF-Card auf dein VMware zu übertragen

Die spezifischen meteohub Einstellungen, wie
Netzwerk, Standortname, Höhe, Geodaten, Wetterstation, Sensoren und ftp-server & Wetternetzwerke (dafür muß man natürlich die div. Logindaten parat haben) sind ja auch ohne die meteohub Funktion
Einstellungen speichern ...
in weniger als 5 Minuten von Hand ins neue System "gehackt".

Danke für den Tipp, die Daten auf den esxi zu tranferieren.

Wichtig für mich wären aber auch die Konfigurationsdaten, da ich im Haus ein recht komplexes Netzwerk habe und mir die Konfiguration "natürlich" nicht mitdokumentiert habe.

Are there any plans to update the generic x86 installer files so that all the scripts work correctly and the inclusion of missing modules such as readip, etc. I am trying to make kernel changes to add the wireless driver for my Atheros card.
