Low battery status for generic plug-in station

@Boris
Starting with Version 4.2b Meteohub supports a generic weather station interface by means
of a plug-in mechanism. Would it be possible to integrate the low battery status indicator for this mechanism.
Here is an example that illustrates how output of a plugin should look like: (w for weak battery status?)
normally!
wind0 255 45 32
th1 127 55
data7 200
case of weak battery!
wind0 255 45 32 w
th1 127 55 w
the point behind is, that I was able to integrate the LaCrosse sensors TX 29-IT and TX29DTH-IT+ via Jeelink into meteohub.

These sensors deliver weak battery status, are relatively cheap and have a better operating distance than the rfxcom oregon system.
Thanks in advance
Billy
