Temp and wind, Windchill?

Hi,
My weather station measures the basic variables including the temperature and wind. Meteohub can generate a graph, where the temperature can be rendered emotional temperature. This experience shows the temperature but also wind.
What is the difference in emotional please temperatures measured separately at the thermometer and wind?
The point is that at temperatures just adds humidity = stuffy in summer, while in winter it is good to take the wind that the temperature decreases.
Wikipedia, however, the emotional temperature of clogs as temperature, wind and humidity. Why does it even meteohub?
