Meteohub's public folder

I'm trying to upload a web site to remote meteohub with WinSCP. When copying an html file to data/graphs folder I receive permission error. I saw discussions about public/graphs folder, but I can't find this folder on my meteohub. As I remember I saw it when I tested Meteohub on my local network, but now I can't see it remotely.
Please can somebody help me?

Did you use the correct userid/password?
On the LAN meteohub/meteohub is OK.
Via WinSCP and using meteohub as user and the meteohub password, one gets error code 3 Permission denied.
Using root and the root password (meteohub) you can access the grpahs directory as wanted.

The data folder is the place to be.
All folders which you see on your lan via public are located in the data folder.
So for instance data/myweb/uploads contains all the files uploaded to your website, etc.
You can use WinSCP to browse all folders and files.
Public is only the name of the folder when shared via SMB/Windows.
