WLAN connection problems - save all-sensors.txt?

Hi everyone,
from time to time (within a few weeks) my Meteohub system freezes, so that it can not be reached through a WLAN connection. The server itself seems to run, because the data storage works fine in this time and i can plug a keyboard and a monitor and login directly on Meteohub.
The problem is that i use the "all-sensors.txt" file to compute several data and graphs outside of Meteohub. But when Meteohub can't connect to the WLAN, the "all-sensors.txt", which is uploaded every 15 min, is lost for this time frame and with it the data.
Is there any possbility to
- check the WLAN connection automatically and restart it if necessary
- to copy the "all-sensors.txt" automatically every 15 min to a folder in Meteohub so that the data isn't lost
Thanks for any answer
