Problem about uploading graphs

Hi,

My graphs do not upload in the scheduled time, although the dashboard panel is refreshing.

At the same time in the "System Information" card of my Meteohub, in the field WAN IP says "no internet access".

What can I do to fix this problem? Do I have to change in my modem- router any settings which have to do with WAN IP?

Hallo,

my network settings as an example:

IP: 192.168.178.66
Netmask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.178.1 (Router)
DNS1: 192.168.178.1 (Router)
Workgroup: Home
Hostname: meteohub
Port: 8080

Router: http port 8080 open , 192.168.178.66:8080
