Labjack U-3 sampling AC voltages

Hello
I would like to connect the Labjack U-3 to my weather station to measure some 50 Hz signals. The signals are converted into the needed voltage range and galvanically separated from the mains. My question is what will I see in Meteohub when I have some input signals with 2 Vss? Will it display me the 2 V i.e. taking the highest value from a number of samples or will it display something in between 0 V and 2 V due to the sampling and not reading always the highest value? If the second applies I have to convert the AC input signal into a proportional DC signal.
