Update to Meteohub V4.9q (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug, DreamPlug, iConnect, DC01) brings these features:
- Strips non-functional CWOP servers from CWOP server list.
- Adds a drop down to APRS and CWOP settings on "weather network" page which allows to select from "sea level pressure" or "altimeter pressure".
- Fixes bug in rain total computation and corrects leaf/soil sensor assignment for envoy8x support.

Hi,
When I try to automatically update, and click the "Check for Update" button under 'Maintenance' ... I'm getting an error saying 'No update is available.' My software version is 4.9g.

It's a Silvestone DC01, TFA Nexus (TE-923) and ELV WDE1 connected through a powered USB2 hub. I didn't have these messages before the update.
What could be the problem?
I have tried rebooting, powering on and off the DC01 and also another powered USB2 hub, still the same. Should I try to "reboot" the TFA Nexus (remove batteries a disconnect power)?

yes, may be the Nexus has stalled. I did not change any of the low level drivers with latest update.

I "rebooted" the Nexus, didn't help, I downgraded to 4.9p, then to 4.9o, didn't help.
So I'm back on 4.9q. There were about ten new "station 0 (TE-923), hardware version 4." records in the metohub.log from midnight to cca 8 in the morning and from that time the metohub.log is clean, no more "station 0 (TE-923), hardware version 4." records ...
What does the repeated record "station 0 (TE-923), hardware version 4." in the metohub.log mean?
PS: One strange thing I've encountered on the Silverstone is, that sometimes after a reboot it doesn't recognize any USB devices, I have to disconnect the USB hub and the power from the hub and reconnect it. It happened two or three times, most of the time it works as supposed.

Hi,
After upgrading to 4.9q, my iconnect got stuck in reboot process: since then no web-access, no shh, not even ping (and power light is flashing blue). I tried to power-cycle the system with same result. Any idea of the cause and solution? The system was working perfectly since January.
Thanks
Marco

Hello,
after upgrading to 4.9q today i noticed Meteohub had stopped logging weather data.
Manually starting the logging process did not have any effect.
Looking at the Meteohub log files i noticed the entry "Demo license timed out. Please contact "
info@meteohub.de" to get a valid license"
But the status of the license on system info still is "activated"
Any idea what happened and how to solve this problem?
Thanks Huub
EDIT:
Boris has already solved the problem by logging into my Meteohub, it had nothing to do with the upgrade, the logging was stalled by a very unlikely chain of events.
Folks, Boris's service and enthusiasm in helping all of us is unprecedented.
Thank you very much !

Final conclusion on my problem - when I last time "played" with meteohub, I forgot to plug back the power to the USB hub - I've noticed it today, but from that time no more "station 0 (TE-923), hardware version 4." records in meteohub.log, so it seems, that that solved the problem.

Greetings,
I notice that HLucas01 seems to have experienced a problem that I am now encountering: the Meteohub has stopped logging and transmitting data. Meteohub log reads:
logger (20.10.2012 12:43:41): Demo license timed out. Please contact "
info@meteohub.de" to get a valid license.

wmr928fulleval(21.10.2012 10:08:52): recomputation of weather data finished: 2082541 records processed in 3828 seconds (544 records per second)

logger (21.10.2012 12:10:29): Demo license timed out. Please contact "
info@meteohub.de" to get a valid license.
However, I have a full license on the product. HLucas01 indicated that the problem doesn't seem to be the recent upgrade, so any help is appreciated as manual reboots don't seem to be working.
Thanks!

Please browse to "
