Hallo zusammen, english version below....

als absoluter Neuling und in der Zeit in der ich auf meine Wetterstation warten muß wollte ich schon einmal meine vorhandene NSLU2 mit Meteohub vorbereiten.
Installation der Firmware war soweit kein Problem. Das Ding startet meiner Meinung nach ordnungsgemäß. Lässt sich Pingen und die Weboberfläche kann ich auch öffnen.
So nun bereite ich einen 4GByte USB-Stick unter Windows nach Anleitung vor. Nach Abschluss kommt auch eine Meldung, dass alles korrekt auf den Stick übertragen wurde.
Jetzt den Stick in USB-Port 2 und einschalten. Jedoch bleibt auch nach einer ewigen Wartezeit die ready LED orange und Ethernet grün. Keine weitere LED leuchtet. Die
Weboberfläche ist nicht zu erreichen. Habe bereits mehrere 4GB Sticks probiert jedoch immer mit gleichem Ergebnis.

Hat jemand ne Idee was ich falsch mache???

Hi all,

as a complete novice, and in the time in which I have to wait for my weather station I wanted to prepare my existing NSLU2 with Meteohub.
Installing the firmware was no problem. The NSLU2 starts correctly, in my opinion. I can send a ping and start the web interface.
I prepared a 4 GByte USB stick with Windows as described in the instructions. The Image has been correctly transfered to the stick.
I inserted the stick into USB port 2 and switch on. However, after an eternal wait, the ready LED remains orange and green Ethernet. No other LED lights. The
Web interface can not be achieved. I've already tried several 4GB sticks but always with the same result.

Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?

Mit welchem Werkzeug bespielst Du den Stick unter windows? Diskimage?

Dabei ganz nach unten gescrollt bis als Ziellaufwerke die "physical drives" kommen?

ich habs mit dem auf dem SUSE Image Writer wie auf der SETUP-SEite für NSLU2 beschrieben... das ging alles leider nicht wie gesagt ich hab
verschiedenste Sticks probiert und es kaum auch immer schön "schreiben erfolgreich" und auswählen kann ich da nichts anderes als einen Stick
der angeschlossen ist...

Ich hab jetzt in einem anderen Thread was von Roadkil gelesen und hab dann diesen probiert und siehe da mit ihm gings auf Anhieb (physical drives ausgewählt)

By the way ich bin ja gerade noch am testen und probieren... kann es sein, dass ich Grafiken nur in einer lizensierten Version erstellen kann? Es kommt da immer
die Meldung "no data gnuplot execution failed"

nein, Grafiken kann man auch in der Demo-Version erstellen.

I´ve been playing with the evaluation version and was just about to purchase the software when the dreaded "error connect socket 127.0.0.1:5555 :Connection refused" appeared. In the process of evaluating the software I have changed any number of things but as far as I recall the system went from working to not working without their being any obvious reason.

"meteohub log" on "Log Files" page might give some useful explanations...
