could you tell me what's the latest metohub update for iConnect? I need to use it with a envoy8x...

latest release is 4.9t (for all platforms). you can update with "update (auto)" function on maintenance page.

DC01 is still available, even if said to be EOL in some regions, and will be supported by Metohub.
I can't say for the deep future, but as you see even platforms EOL for more than 5 years (NSLU2) are
still supported Meteohub, which means they can run the latest Meteohub releases.
