Boris,
I receive this email tonight about CWOP uploads. Maybe you could change the server where packets are uploaded to in the next release. Thanks.

Email from CWOP:
In the near future (several weeks to several months, but certainly
before October) the APRS server that you are presently using will no
longer pass your weather packets on to CWOP. In fact, there are some
APRS servers that have already stopped forwarding certain weather
data packets on to CWOP.
There are three APRS servers (CWOP-1, CWOP-2, CWOP-3) presently
operating that will continue to accept your data packets and pass
them on to CWOP. To avoid sudden loss of your data, you should
change to these three servers. Details on how to make this change
are given here,

This page is linked from the upper right of most of the main pages in
the CWOP web site and will always have the most current
recommendations on which servers should be used. If you have any
questions, please send them to me at Russell.B.Chadwick@noaa.gov or
at russ@wxqa.com.
