After firmware update, HUB not works

Hello to all!
Me I call Julio Melo and we set up a weather station, and after update the FIRMWARE to the latest version it stopped responding over the network, I can not have communication (do not get IP) and we can not access the equipment nor the web service, the model: Silvertone Tek - mODEL: SST-DC01S
If anyone can help me how to access the device and update the firmware or place before I would be very grateful.
