Meteoclud plugin not uploading with edge/GPRS

I check my pws frequently with my iPhone. Meteobridge wu rapid fire uploads are working well.even with slow Internet connection like GPRS or Edge meteobridge continues to upload to weather underground site.but metro cloud plugin does not upload when the connection is not fast enough.it stucks for days like the screenshot I attached.if our mobile modem finds better Internet speed like 3G then meteoplug starts to upload again.is it possible to make it working under slow speed Internet connections also?
