Version 2.3

I just finished version 2.3 that first of all does a major rework of the "Push Services" tab to allow much more flexibility there. Thanks to the beta testers the most annoying bugs should be already eliminated. When this new version is applied, old data structures should be automatically moved into the new format, but please check "Push Services" tab if everything went fine.
I hope you enjoy the enhanced capabilities and will not struggle too much with newly introduced bugs. When you don't want to switch to version 2.3 you can make your Meteobridge stick to version 2.2 on "system" tab.
