Need to know how to set up a Davis VP2 console with weatherlink USB attached to it to SHEEVAPLUG AND ICONNECT both with meteohub??

Which of these 2 shown USB serial connections ( /dev/ttyUSB0 or /dev/ttyMH11 ) should I use with a VP2 Plus (6163) with Weatherlink USB adapter with a Sheevaplug Meteohub uploating to weather networks? and with an iConnnect with Meteohub?

Why data logging box is not checked or enabled when I added this new weather station?

For VP2 Plus do I have to select an Init Command?

If I am replacing a Meade TE923 WS for this new VP2+, do I have to erase the old data or I can just keep logging?

HELP please that my 2 new VP2+ 6163 are not working....

Both are the same physical device. You should use ttyMH11 in this case.
You should NOT type but use the drop-down box to select the correct connection

When you have pushed the save button on the bottom AND defined the sensors, logging will start.

No

No erase needed, as long as you want that old data for your graphs and so on. I did the same switching from TFA to Davis.

Thanks so much for your assistance with configuring Meteohub for the VP2+!!! This should be included in the Meteohub setup manual in its next version.
