Can't login to NSLU2 via Web Browser

As most people here, I need some help and advise.
I haevn't been "watching" my NSLU2 for the last year as my weather station equipment has had various components fail over the last year or so and couldn't get replacements. I hae finally upgraded the whole system (Oregon WMR300) and now wanted to get all back online.
I have turned the NSLU2 off and on and reset it as I could not get to the IP address I had previously configured.
I have been able to add a new IP address and subnetmask using SSH and using the backup 192.168.1.77 address.
My basic problem with the NSLU2 is that I can't get the browser to connect to it. That is, I use the new IP address for it and the browser asks for userid and password, but sits there trying to connect.
When I SSH into it on the new IP address, the host name is Meteohub, so, even through a reset it has maintained the Meteohub info.
When I put the IP address into the browser, it looks for /cgi-bin/meteohub.cgi
The last thing I got was;
404 Not Found
The requested URL '/cgi-bin/meteohub.cgi' was not found on this server.
thttpd/2.25b 29dec2003
So, from all the above, it looks like OpenSlug has still been applied but for some reason, the browser part of cgi file is not accesssible.
I have connected the original USB with the Meteohub software, but just not getting anywhere.
Anyone (Boris) know what I can try or what I can do from the SSH connection, that will get access back onto the NSLU2?
