Template Discrepancy

On my Meteobridge [rain0total-yearsum=in.2:--] = 8.30, but [rain0total-act=in.2:---] = 8.31.
"rain0total-act" is not an meaningful value, as rain totals need a time period to be measured.
"rain0total-act" returns just a counter value which is in itself meaningless.
