Memory full in meteohub sd card

After 4 years the memory is full od weather data in my sheevaplug. What is recommended at this point. I have been using Weatherunderground to store my weather data. Will the server in Meteohub just keep overwriting the oldest data? Is it possible to just pull a copy of the data files off the memory and store it for backup on my windows machine.? Can anyone recommend some weather software for plotting using this data ? I have a windows 8 machine.
