Update 5.0a (for RPI and x86 only)

I bundled a couple of bug fixes into a new update. As my compilation chain equipment is partly still in
movement boxes, this time only RPI and x86 (ALIX et al) are receiving the 5.0a version.
Meteostick support gets a fix on
- rain rate
- repeated messages on suspicious data notifications
RPI gets a fix on
- rsync not being started during boot
... and much more minor things.
Once bug fixes fade out on 5.0 a 5.1 release will be made, which also includes NSLU2 and the Sheevaplug/iConnect code base.
