i think the timezone problem relates to various versions of php including 8.2.4 using a olson timezone db from 2021. there are more current ones on the php site but no windows dll to integrate it with iis using pecl extension. apparently it can be compiled with visual studio but kind of ...

correction. the high/lows times on the modules are correct on my one US station. the 4 in southern baja have the problem. i'm guessing its a php issue with the America/Mazatlan timezone. mexico ceased changing to daylight savings time this year in all of mexico except the border states...
