I had to restore a meteobridge device TL-MR3020...everything is working apart from the cam image and i cannot seem to find the problem.
It shows it is uploading the cam image but seems unable to read the image...see screenshot please : Screenshot 2022-06-22 at South Africa Standard Time1635.png ...

Thank you Boris…I did reboot initially without success but now working.
Some of my devices are in a remote location and I cannot reach them since reboot early this morning.
I guess if the device reboots tomorrow morning it should solve the problem ?

This morning after my devices rebooted SW version 5.2 was installed and now none of my 4 devices is working….anyone with similar problem ? and can I downgrade the software ?

My meteobridge has suddenly stoppped uploading weather data to meteotemplate although it uploads to weather underground and uploads webcam pictures.
Any ideas.

Issue was resolved by simple router reboot, possible new public IP that solved the issue, thanks

How do I troubleshoot connection to meteotemplate api? Is there a back end to meteobridge where ping/tracert/telnet can be made to ensure traffic reaches my hosted server? Where can I view detailed error logs? As the only error it displays is

Problem solved !
In the end I did a complete restore (reset button 5 flashes)
communication meteobridge sd card and network now 100%

Or I generate and export a chart..it says it was done successfully but there is nothing in the chats folder...see attachments please.

My problem is i can access the sd card on my local network via my pc or iPad....but when i open the nano sd interface and for example export a chart it says export completed but it is not there in the charts folder. Or data...Or there is a .csv file in the import folder which shows on local network ...

I have not solved this problem yet.....help please !!!!

On my network I see the import folder and have successfully added the file I want to import but then on the meteobridge interface I cannot find the file...when I click on import files there are none ?
