Re: Meteobridge Looses Connection Every Day

Can you disable the Wireless LAN and enable the LAN on the Network tab and use a Ethernet cable for your connection?
Under IP Addresses I have Receive automatically (DHCP) selected.

Re: Too many open files?

Never seen these messages on any Meteobridge.

Do you have self-made plugins or scripts running which might not close connections/sockets/file descriptors?

Not that I am aware of. I am just feeding to Ambient Weather Network, AWEKAS and CWOP. Seen the same message several more times and each ...

Re: Too many open files?

Seen a couple more from the last update. What I did see and may not be related is the time between the entries below is 18 hours 42 minutes and then 18 hours 52 minutes. From my post on 11-OCT-2020 the times were 18 hours 48 minutes and 18 hours 48 minutes.

So I'll see if on 15.10.2020 05:20:57 if ...

Re: Weather Underground option **solved**

I updated again from 4.3 to 4.4 and now the AWEKAS upload works. Perhaps it was a bad update last night because it did not work.

I think the Weather Underground being displayed is more than a cosmetic issue, why would I want to see weather networks on the screen that I don't send data to? With 4.3 ...

Re: AWEKAS upload stopped after update

Jason,

Thanks for the other link, I checked at the Ambient site that I send data to and it was indicating that it was receiving data but nothing was showing up. On the upload status page in Meteobridge I had the green check as if all was fine. I went back to 4.3 and the Ambient site is now ...

Re: V4 AWEKAS upload format

Thanks for the link, I'll have to see if that is something I want to try.
I tried the update released August 4, 2020 -- fixes an upload frequency bug for AWEKAS weather network but mine still seems to be stuck on 5 minutes.

Re: V4 AWEKAS upload format

Mattk I don't know anything about Fastlink and from what galfert said that option has been disabled. I see a API key in my account at AWEKAS but no where to place it in the settings for AWEKAS on the Meteobridge. I'll just run at 5 minutes for now and see if Boris has any feedback and what it would ...
