Hi,
I just noticed a small error in the 'Feels like' module. The graph does not show negative values. The however are shown in the pop out graph. something to put on the list;-)

Re: Weather34 Aurora becomes Meteobridge Aurora and goes into the Cloud
Thanks for the updates Brian!
I'd love to see decimals in the soil temperature-module. The decimals are visible in the chart, but not in the module. Hope this is possible!

Re: Place of meteobridge pro 2
.... I had similar problems, and solved it by using a 433 mhz ground plane antenna ...
How well did that work considering the MBPro2 Davis RF is 900 mHZ?
It works fine in my situation. I'm no antenna expert, but it did the trick!
I was told the 433 mhz antenna was 1/4th wavelength, and the ...

Re: Place of meteobridge pro 2
Hi Alex,
Instead of exposing the MB Pro2 to the outdoors, the better option I see would be using an external antenna. The 2 antennas on the back (one for WLAN and one for the reception of the RF- signal from your Davis ISS-station.

Grass temperature (Virtual) sensor output
Hi Boris,
As a followup on Brians replies on this topic: 'Aurora dashboard requests' a couple of questions;
Is it possible to have a Meteobridge output called 'Grass Temperature'? For years I used 'Extra temp xx' for that output. But now, in order to use this measurement in MB Aurora there should ...

Re: Aurora dashboard requests
I'm setting up the Aurora dashboard, and i'm very happy with the results so far!
a couple of things are on my wish-list;
1. I set up 'soil temperature', this works fine, but the displayed temp has no decimals. I'd love to see the exact temp of the grass-sensor, mounted at 10 cm above the soil ...

No nothing connected to the IC2-bus.admin wrote: Fri Jan 10, 2025 10:38 am I assume you don't have anything connected to the 4 pin I2C port at the back panel of the Meteobridge? This could block the whole I2C bus.
I sent you the login.
Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your reply, I tried that, and I also got the latest updates then. It did not help unfortunately.

Re: MBpro2 not showing air pressure
You have no Indoor live data at all which includes Inside temp/Humidity & Pressure.
You have a very busy lot of multiple additional sensors but not sure why no Indoor?
Yes, I see the sensors direct read from RF (Davis VP2+ and additional Davis sensors. They all show up normally. But the built ...

MBpro2 not showing air pressure
Hi all,
I have a MBpro2 and it seem to have stopped reading / registering / reporting the air pressure. It does not show anywhere. I saw it stopped registering in august. I blamed my website, but when i looked, it seems not to show the airpressuresensor in the MBpro2. Updated to the latest version ...

Re: MB Pro2: AS 3935 Lightning detector
I agree, just connecting it will not work... Some code needs to be written! The physical connection is already on the PRO-2. But if implemented this would be a relatively cheap upgrade, since this sensor costs only about € 35,00. For some this could be a reason to upgrade to the PRO2, as most ...

MB Pro2: AS 3935 Lightning detector
Hi all,
I'm now a happy MBpro2 user, after years of MB pro red!
I'm wondering if it is possible to use a simple lightning detector like the Sparkfun AS 3935 or similar for basic registrering of nearby thunderstorms / lightning. This sensor is a small IC2 / SPI-type of sensor that detects lightning ...

Yes, i got it up and running for 2 years now. I have the Instromet Sunshine sensor set up in a davis VP2+ setting. I connected it as an extra station/ISS as a '3rd party Sunshine Station'. The ISS/stations are collected by my Meteobridge RED.
