Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
There is such a graph default in MB I saw. The laste 2 weeks: Schermafbeelding 2023-06-16 om 17.12.25.png Some things from the graph. It is warm in The Netherlands the last weeks, as well as in Germany. Resulting in even higher system temperatures. Daily restarts since June 9th CPU load was really h...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
A few more questions. Maybe not or only partly related to the 1GB USB storage topic, else it is maybe a new topic. For the moment I include it here. Since June 9th my MB-Pro reboots every night at 0:00h. Is this standard now? I don't have anything scheduled in that way. In fact I don't like that so ...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
Naamloos.jpg Operation done and successful :D Some remarks. I was always doing backups on the front USB. Now I had to move to the back. So first I removed the USB stick from the front. Next I did a backup on the backside. I checked it and yes, ok. Next I added the new microSD on the front and I mov...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
On the front (and back) comes the industrial micro SD card. It's however NOT so good an idea to use a USB stick to run the database from - even though technically it works - it would over time ruin the USB stick unless it's also a SLC model.

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
This is shown now. Naamloos.jpg 2. what do you need a cable for ? Well, I didn't know that you could replace yourself the inside memory. I didn't see that video before.... I bought this: https://www.allekabels.nl/searchresult.php?keyword=1258217 to backup on the backside. and this: https://ww...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
in my view, from what I understand, you have two options: 1. upgrade your MB Pro from 1 GB to 8 or 16 GB storage (details in the thread earlier) 2. getting a new device in addition (also later or in parallel, ....) At the moment I'm going for option 1. I ordered some parts to make this possible. Ca...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
Indeed I found out by using Google that the SLC type is the industrial quality. How is the easiest procedure further for me? I use my Meteobridge Pro now for about 1,5 years and buying the Pro 2 version at this moment is a bit too soon for me. 1. Buy a 8 or 16 GB SLC microSD and USB adaptor 2. Conne...

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
Ok.
But I accidentally once removed my database to the USB memory stick that I wanted to use for backup. Then is was mentioned that the internal 1GB storage was industry quality and better then a random USB memory stick.
Are micro SD's to USB better and more reliable?
Thanks for all the help BTW.

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
But how to increase the left space to an acceptable level. I think it is becoming critical as the system was stalling now.
How to do the database reorganisation? I can throw some mapped sensors out that are less important.

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
There I changed it to 180 days already. All that happened is that 16 days storage became 26 days, but no memory was released.

Re: MB-Pro internal 1 GB USB storage
Hi, Adding to this discussion from some months ago. I have also a problem with the 1 GB storage that is full. Due to many sensors and storing up to 1 year data in 1 minute interval. As the screenshot shows there is only 34 MB left. How to release that data? I changed to storing mapped sensors for 18...

Re: Gaps in chart data with Ecowitt sensors
I see there has been a reboot yesterday evening and an update to the version of September 24th. In my case the problem is gone. Normal graphs again, for min1, min5, min10, etc. Related questions maybe. In my case only mapped data are stored in a per-minute database. Data that isn't mapped, how long ...

Re: Gaps in chart data with Ecowitt sensors
Same problem here. Some days ago I had with mapping added one sensor, that I didn't add before. However, it's data wasn't shown after 24 hours, so that was weird. Next I did a reboot after 7 days running, thinking that the mapping wasn't picked up and after that I had the same problems with the grap...

Re: data suddenly isn't stored anymore, until reboot
The Meteobridge seems to run fine again. There were no problems anymore in the last few days and the endless messages about bad sensors are gone. ISS with not the standard sensors applied is not what Meteobridge expects or is made for. When connections are left open any data might be reported. Did y...
