I gave up on the wireless and decided for the Meteohub folks to update the kernel.

I have been having chronic issues with my eBox3300 so I am installing an ALIDX3D2 image today.

All went flawless except for the wireless.
I have the exact wireless card mentioned in the instructions with b/g support. But meteohub does not report the WLAM MAC nor does it get an IP.

I am at a loss ...

I updated to the 4.9u release on 16 April.

After the upgrade my eBox 3300 reported no data from the USB datalogger of my VantagePro2 weather station.

I just rolled back to release 4.9t and I have data again.

I am considering a second ISS for the far end of my property (elevation change, exposure, and distance).

Rebooting using the reboot button on the management page does work.

However, whenever a new update is released I am unable to login to my system and communication with my weather networks also stops.

There appears to be network activity as the NIC blinks as if it is attempting to do something on ...

There has to be more to it than that.
I am also unable to login to the Meteohub server when I hit its web interface and it is in this condition.

If I power cycle the Meteohub server then I can login to the webinterface and everything is fine again, and recomputation happens.

I have noticed a pecular behavior.

Every now and then my Meteohub (x86 on eBox 3300) stops sending updates to the services that I have configured.

Each time this happens I have noticed that it is right after an updae is released for Meteohub.

If I apply the update then all is fine until the next ...
