I've run off of a wired connection for 4 years, but now have moved and need to use wifi. Has a fix been developed in the 4-5 years since I first encountered this problem?

If there is no fix for this coming, I think you should change the hardware web page and warn people that there may not be any WLAN support in the dreamplug they buy from Globalscale. It's no fun going through all of this and then not have WLAN support. If I knew this going in, I would have just ...

Sad news.

The new part doesn't work with the libertas driver.

the Globalscale ships with a driver called sd8xxx.ko and a kernel of 2.6.33.7-dirty.
At best, these drivers would need to be recompiled to work with the meteohub 2.6.32 kernel. (I'm not really set up to try this.)

I started with the 4.7 dreamplug image and upgraded from within the application.

Trying to figure out why Meteohub can't see my WLAN hardware. Anything I can pull off of the unit that will help us debug this?

Thanks. My problem is I can't find anywhere in the meteohub menus to enable it. The screen shots in the documentation show it on the same page as the LAN info. My screen show only the LAN. Is there somewhere else I need to go to do the enabling?

I'm stunned that there have been no replies to this. Has anyone gotten the wifi to work with the dreamplug?

Got the dreamplug. Followed the instructions to put meteohub on SD card. Managed to finally be able to access it by ethernet port.
access the meteo hub software via web-server interface. WLAN doesn't show up.

Went back to console -- ifconfig shows only eth0.

Rebooted off of the internal micro-SD ...
