Re: It hasn't worked for many hours.

I have just sent Boris an email as well, advising him of the global issue for us all. Just in case these forums are not being monitoring too closely.

Re: It hasn't worked for many hours.

Yes same here - all my live dashboards are down on my website. I hope it can be fixed soon! The odd thing is, I can log into my meteoplug account OK, but my meteoplug logger cannot successful log data and all the sensors are showing as down/offline in the sensors page. The client logs are full of ...

Live Weather Dashboards/Data down. **solved**

This morning, I'm finding all 3 of my meteoplug account's live dashboards are not showing any data, although all other aspects (graphs, etc) seem to be working OK:

https://www.fifeweather.co.uk

So this seems like a system wide issue. The livedata module isn't returning any data:

Output JSON formatted graph data for drawing external graphs?

I'm using the gtype=export option in custom charts to produce some CSV exports which I'm then parsing on the client side for a new web-front end.

However it would be brilliant if meteoplug offered the ability to output data as a JSON array instead of just a table or CSV. I noticed that it sort of ...

Daylight savings clock change loses rainfall during change

We've had a pretty consistent night of rain and early this morning in the UK, the clocks reverted from summer time to standard time at 2am. So at 2am, the clocks went back to 1am so effectively there are two periods of 1am-2am and today is effectively going to be 25 hours long.

This morning, my ...

Re: Meteoplug Currently Down - Cannot Connect To Database Error **solved**

I have the same issue. The DB error has gone but my live dashboard and graphs are not updating.

Weirdly, I can see my data is being pushed to meteoplug, but the 'inspect data' option shows nothing.

Meteoplug Currently Down - Cannot Connect To Database Error. **solved**

Looks like the backend MySQL database may be offline on the metoeplug servers. All my embedded meteoplug iframes on my website returns the same error:

Re: Meteoplug Server temporarily down

Too early to say that we are back, but it looks at least like receiving data from clients and storing that is online again. I will checks graphs etc tomorrow.

What wonderful news to wake up to! Thank you so much Boris for working so hard on restoring service. I have no doubt you have spent many ...
