Re: CWOP-Probleme seit gestern...
Are you still having this problem. I started to have the same or suspiciously similar problem a few days ago. See my thread. It's the one right above yours.

CWOP connection failures, bad URL/FQDN for CWOP?
What URL/FQDN does Meteohub use for reporting to the CWOP network? I'm under the impression that it should be " cwop.aprs.net ", but for the past several days I've been getting alert log connection failures that reference "cwop.fuller.net" and CWOP is complaining that my weather data is not getting ...

Re: Meteohub v5.0 under VMware Player having cp2101 problems
I had these same problems, it was unreliable and annoying, so I switched from the Davis USB data logger to the Davis serial data logger and an FTDI based USB to serial dongle. Blessed relief! FTDI just seem to do it better.

Re: Update 4.9w to 4.9y
I downloaded the "y" update file, ssh'ed into the meteohub, ncftp'ed the update file over to the meteohub, then installed it from the maintenance menu.

Update 4.9w to 4.9y
I tired to update my X86 Meteohub from 4.9w to 4.9y, but I was told that no updates are available. (Interestingly 4.9w itself is no longer listed on the update web page as ever having existed.)

Re: Meteohub on UBUNTU Server
As far as building it under different or more current versions of anything, at the very least not going to be fun.
I can confirm that it runs perfectly as-is under VMWARE ESXi.

Generic X86 for Meteobridge?
Is there a generic X86 distribution for Meteobridge similar to the one for Meteohub?

Meteohub on VMware EXSi server
This morning I migrated my Meteohub installation from an iConnect box to a VMware ESXi virtual machine.
It took just a few minutes to accomplish and it works extremely well.
Just one more little virtual machine among several all running on the server.
Now I no longer need to worry about the silly ...

Optional ability to NOT archive weather data
Please add the optional ability to NOT archive weather data to the USB stick.
I'd like my meteohub to just be sending data out to the weather networks and not be archiving the data locally.

Optional ability to log weather data to separate USB stick
Please add the feature to optionally log the weather data to a separate USB stick from the boot stick.
Thus sparing the boot drive from an early death.

Re: Please include solar radiation in CWOP data
When I looked for the specification on this, believe it or not the best most current information I found was the text I quoted to you in the first post in this thread. As a programmer I'm used to more detailed specifications myself, but it did seem to be just barely sufficient.

Please include solar radiation in CWOP data
It appears that meteohub (v4.9e) does not include the solar radiation data in the data packet which it sends to the CWOP weather network?
A huge number of stations are now sending solar radiation data to CWOP and CWOP is also now using it.
