What is this file meteograph.cgi ? Is it part of Meteohub software?

yes,
this is the application of the meteohub system that prepares data based on graph definitions and does feed gnuplot for generating graphs.

This may be an odd question, but where do i get it ?
I have a registered copy of Meteohub running but i cant get the dashboard appearing on my website

Meteograph.cgi is a part of the meteohub software that is responsible to build graphs with the help of gnuplot from time-compacted data and given graph definitions... and it does more...
