Meteoplug does compute that in another way. Does Meteoplug show the same effects on your data?
Coming back to that, I have no uploaded all my data to meteoplug and from that, I can tell.

meteoplug and the exported wswin data show the exact same monthly temp averages.

So it seems, there is something wrong with the seqmonth1_th0_temp_c values, because these values are too high.
