Shevaplug has lost USB contact with WMR200

Hi Forum Members. I hope one of you has come across this problem and can advise me...

My Shevaplug/Meteohub/WMR200 system worked fine for over a year. Now I don't see the station and Available Devices > USB HID devices says none. The WX sta display shows normal data. I rebooted and power cycled everything with no effect. The SW Rev is 4.7k.

The WMR200 display shows the USB icon and it goes away if I unplug it from the Shevaplug.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I tried using the WMR200A software on a PC. The software can't find the display. I think the USB port on the display is dead since it does not work with the Shevaplug or PC. The darn thing worked for only 15 months. Looks like I need to buy another display.

Did you try resetting the WMR200? I have a WMR100, and that sometimes needs a reset to get it talking again.

Hi and Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I did the hard reset using the button inside the battery compartment. No luck...
I'll replace the display in a week or two. I guess the old one will still work as a display in another part of the house.
