CWOP Precipitation

Hi,

Would it be possible to fix the problem with CWOP network precipitation? Meteohub sends up "Since Midnight" precipitation, but CWOP also accepts "24hr Precip" and "1hr Precip" which remain 0.00 when using Meteohub. This is somewhat critical since MADIS (the major mesonet aggregator/disseminator in the U.S.) only accepts the rolling 24hr Precip and 1hr Precip fields... which is admittedly a shortcoming on their end. Still, it would be nice to have all three CWOP precip variables supported by Meteohub. Otherwise, I've found no other drawbacks to using it.
