license No.

Hey this is a follow on form the post HUWHUW put up last week. I am working with him i bought all the gear Vue station and dream plug with Meteohub installed on the SD card. We are now being asked for a license no. but i cant find one anywhere. Should i have gotten one with the Station or the SD card.
PLease can you advise. As we have the station up on line now but cant get the info to come through.

this pre-installed bundles come with a demo version afaik.

you can buy a full licence anytime

I have bought the liecence key but i have not had any email come through yet i have checked spam but nothing has come through yet. How long should it take..?

...just to inform about the happy end.

Problem was that Ryans email server did not handled the mail I did send for any reason out of my reach. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a bounce back info. In the mean time I forwarded that license email to another email address of Ryan, and he finally got it.

Would be really great, if Ryan would confirm here in th epublic that he is operational now.

Generally speaking... when you don't get the code after two days (and you don't see in the announcement section that we are on vacation), please email to info(at)meteohub.de and provide an alternative email address to reply to. I have about 5 situations a year, where email servers of customers running their own domains were a "bit misconfigured" and not able to handle emails as expected, to say the least ;-)
