Import 6 years of Weather Display data?

Post by gcams »

I'd really like to migrate my weather station to a MeteoHub setup, from my existing Weather Display setup, for a host of reasons. But the big stumbling block I've got is that there doesn't appear to be a straightforward way to import historical Weather Display data into MeteoHub (at least that I've been able to find thus far). I've got data back to the start of 2006, so I don't want to loose all of this when I migrate.

I'm wondering if anybody else has managed to achieve this, and if so, how? Ideally I'd like to completely retire Weather Display in favour of Meteohub, but I can only do this if I can achieve the import.

Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions most gratefully received!

Cheers,
Graham

Thanks Jozef, that looks quite promising!! I'll maybe download the script and give it a go, even though I don't have the meteohub setup yet. At least it will tell me if I can get importable meteohub log files out of my raw logs. Thanks again for pointing me in this direction. It's just a shame that Meteohub doesn't support WD imports natively as I know a lot of WD users who would potentially migrate if this was an option!
