Expanding Meteohub data partition for VMware player

Post by HeinrichH »

For more info about this subject see viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8172&start=15

For the users who are not used to Linux I've assembled all the instructions in a kind of a manual so you can easily copy and paste the things you have to type and wich command you have to type in the Linux editor.

After all the steps you can save a lot of data :D

Thank you so much for writing this procedure and testing it. It worked great! I performed it today with no problems. I moved from a 4GB CF card to a 8GB CF card and then increased my data partition. It went from 85% used to 31%. That should hold me for the next few years!

Thank you again for your help!
