UV to Solar

Is there a way to convert UV to solar using a virtual sensor?
If so, anybody knows the conversion string?

I added a virtual sensor sol(0) trigered by uv(0) but how to get a value in her...

I do not think this will work correctly. You can have a fully sunny day without UV radiation. You can also have an overcast sky and still have UV radiation. So I do not think a conversion offers a solution here.
