I was attempting to configure the network options on the MeteoHub where the onboard Ethernet adapter would be assigned via DHCP and the WLAN adapter would be assigned manually. However, when selecting the DHCP option for the Ethernet adapter (IP) the DNS1 and Gateway text boxes become grayed out and not editable. Upon reboot, the MeteoHub will assign the manually assigned IP address to the WLAN interface but will not obtain and/or assign a gateway or DNS entry until a cable is plugged into the Ethernet adapter.
Am I configuring this incorrectly?
If not, would it be possible in a future revision of the software to separate the DNS and Gateway assignments for the WLAN (WLAN IP) and Ethernet (IP) adapters to allow for independent configuration?
Thank you,
Eric

Re: Network Settings
either rj45 or wlan. the radio button already should tell you that.
both adapters enabled makes no sense at all.
two different subnets ? why ?

Re: Network Settings
I guess I did not explain myself very well.
I was not attempting to use both interfaces concurrently. My desire was to enable DHCP for the Ethernet port while manually assigning an IP address on the WIFI adapter. The Ethernet port would only be utilized if something was not functioning properly on the WIFI network. I would prefer to enable DHCP for both adapters however, the manual recommends manually assigning an IP address for the wireless adapter.
Both adapters would be on the same subnet (the subnet address was blanked on the screenshot) .
It appears that if one checks the DHCP box next to the Ethernet adapter the unit attempts to obtain the DNS and gateway address, via DHCP, even though the adapter's radio button is not ticked.
It is possible to manually assign the IP address for the wireless adapter but it is not possible to manually assign the DNS or gateway addresses with the Ethernet adapter is configured for DHCP.

Re: Network Settings
I see,
well, meteohub has always the xxx.xxx.x.77 assigned as fallback IP to eth0 ....
so can reach all services --- ssh, http, gui ---- there also
