Update 4.9l

Update to Meteohub V4.9l (NSLU2, x86, SheevaPlug, DreamPlug, iConnect, DC01) brings these features:

• Various updates on RFXtrx receiver support.
• Demo period set until end of December 2012.

I did a smal additional fix. Who already updated to 4.9l before, can update again (I did enable a cyclic update).
