DreamPlug installation help

When trying to set environment ./dreampatch /dev/ttyUSB0 meteohub.env I get the following error:

"./dreampatch error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I am running Debian 6.0.5 from command line. And in dir /home/dreamplug-installer

I am not real strong in Linux . . . . . . any assistance is appreciate. I am stuck here. Help!
