Demo version expired early

I have had my Mini X Plus only a couple of days and only downloaded the Meteohub image a couple of days before that, but it is saying that the demo has expired.

I can't find much info on the Meteohub website about the demo other than it seems to be good for 30 days. Clearly mine hasn't lasted that long

Any ideas what might be causing the early expiry of the demo?

please use "update (auto)" function on "maintenance" page which will grant you the desired test time line.
