meteobridge randomly stops uploading.

Hi,
After 2 weeks of success and no dropouts, this morning at 7:25am meteobridge stopped uploading to all of my sites (wunderground, WOW, CWOP etc). Data was still coming in from the console however. To fix it, I had to reboot meteobridge and all is working well since. Should this be happening or is there a reason/bug involved? I use weatherlink IP on a Davis VP2. Also data was still getting to weatherlink website.

It didn't say upload failed or anything. It just said '2013-08-14 7:25:00 Success!' even though the time was now after noon.

Do you see a gap in the data send to WU? Would be interesting if it had a real impact on uploading data.

Yes, that's how I noticed. It stopped uploading altogether: No data after 7:23 and I notcied before midday, which is when I restarted the hub.
Actually I was out of the house when I noticed so I was able to log in to weatherlink.com and enable uploads to wunderground temporarily as to not lose too much data. It's nice to have a backup option for wunderground and CWOP at least if this happens when I'm abroad.

Another problem I just found is CWOP uploads atm. The others are working fine still:

Same thing happened to me. Noticed I hadn't uploaded any data to WUnderground & PWSWeather since 5AM (it was 1PM at the time). I had to reboot the meteobridge device to get things working again.

Also noticed CWOP upload failed with the same error the above poster had. Everything is working fine since the reboot, including CWOP uploads.

Also experiencing the same error with CWOP on 1.8 Build 2156. Reboot fixed it for a little bit, but it re-appeared.

CWOP seems to have server problems again, but that should not stop Meteobridge from uploading to other services.
I am watching the behavior on kalen's Meteobridge and will hopefully find the reason soon... stay tuned.

I have the same problem on 2 stations 120 mile apart. The problem started on the 14th.

The wifi network in both places is working

The systems just stopped uploading to wunderground and cwop.

Rebooted wifi, tp-link, belkin USB hub, Vantage Pro2.

The reboot of any device solves the problem temporarily.

The problem then reoccurs after a few minutes.

So far my analysis does show that both services (WU and CWOP) have some performance problems at the moment.
WU is taking rapid fire updates rather slow and CWOP has had the primarily used server "cwop.fuller.net" down
in a way that results into long timeouts yesterday.

When you have both services on most frequent update cycles in your Meteobridge, requests can queue up in an unexpected manner.
I changed code so that CWOP does now take updates every 5 minutes fastest (that is what CWOP recommends as fasted update for their service). Furthermore, Meteobridge does measure how long WU rapid fire updates do take and skips a rapid fire update if it is coming in too fast, compared to measured upload time onto WU.

I hope this will solve the issue. When you powercycle your Meteobridge now, new code will be applied.
I will continue monitoring this. Sorry, for any inconvenience.

I have the same problem. Starting August 14, 2013 at around 13:00 UTC my Meteobridge stopped uploading data to all of my weather networks. I only discovered this today. I rebooted and all of the weather networks except WUnderground are working again. I still cannot get Meteobridge to upload to WUnderground. The message I see is: Weather Underground: No weather network traffic
