graphics ftp upload does not work

Hi everybody,

i'm actually a little bit confused about the ftp upload of graphics.
I set up ftp in meteohub and it seems to work. Port, Host, Username, Password and Directory are alright.
Internet Connection is present.
The upload of the test file meteohub-upload.test is working fine. FTP upload activated is checked.
But if I define some graphics for upload in Graph Uploads and save them nothing happens.
Funnily enough the defined graphics were not saved. Means if I go back to Graph Upload it is empty again. No graphics are defined for upload. Is this the right behaviour?
Meanwhile I'm a little bit helpless about where the mistake could be and any hint would be appreciated.
Does anybody know in which directory meteohub saves the files for Upload?
In which directory are the cronjobs which manage the upload?

I'll have a look in this file.
I have something to add to this post which I forgot yesterday. I'm administrating my meteohub server from a local Linux computer (ubuntu)
Is there anything different in this case? Do I have to consider sth special?
How do I have to setup the WORKGROUP defintion in this case? And is the public directory working in this case?
I can connect via Samba with the meteohub Server and I then have the public directory. But maybe the path to public is different then?
And maybe this could this be the reason why the definition which graphics should be uploaded could not be saved?

all you said has nothing to do with the ftp upload ...

what if you check your crontab with
crontab -l

look at the specific command for your graph upload and copy paste it into the commandline to start it from there.
error messages?

ssh and how to tunnel into the meteohub server is something you´re familiar with?

Sometimes the solution could be very easy.
I restart the server and - it works
