please do again, as the tunnel gets closed each night, when my dsl connection does a reset.

I could login (somehow) via ssh.It prompts as follows...

That means login via ssh does already fail. no operation from that. This all looks like a seriously damaged SD card.
You will have to do a new SD card setup, with a freah SD card.

activation codes can be transferred. you don't need a new license when changing the media.

SD card change does also change system ID. Therefore you need to transfer activation code with the link given above. Make sure to pick the right scenario.
