Compensation temperature sensor

Post by makoto »

Hello everyone, I have a little problem, I have to compensate for the temperature sensor of about 1 degree, I saw that the function exists but I have not figured out how to do it. In setting --- calibration, the sensor and then I choose? Factor in (a) and offset (b), what should I wear? Thank you very much.

When it is a constant amount to be added or subtracted, please go with OFFSET.

When you change the rain collector funnel, then you need a correction that depends on the amount that was going through, here you should use FACTOR.

Or to put in mathematical terms... f(x) = a * x + b, where a is the calibration factor, b the offset and f(x) the result when applying this to input value "x".
